Steadi Technologies, Inc. (“Steadi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software that helps businesses understand, manage, and take action on transportation and operational data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you:

• Visit our website at steadi.ai or another website that links to this Privacy Policy;
• Create or use an account for the Steadi platform;
• Communicate with us, request a demonstration, or receive marketing communications;
• Attend an event or otherwise interact with Steadi; or
• Apply for employment with Steadi.

This Privacy Policy does not govern personal information that we process solely on behalf of a Steadi customer through the Steadi platform. In those circumstances, the customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing, and Steadi processes the information as a service provider or processor under the applicable customer agreement. Questions about information submitted by or for a Steadi customer should generally be directed to that customer.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Steadi.

Information you provide to us

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, job title, company, and mailing address.
• Account information, such as your username, password, authentication information, account preferences, and authorized-user details.
• Customer and transaction information, such as subscription, billing, contract, and payment-related information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
• Communications, including information contained in support requests, emails, survey responses, meeting notes, feedback, and other correspondence with us.
• Demo and marketing information, such as the information you provide when requesting a demo, downloading content, subscribing to communications, or attending an event.
• Applicant information, such as your résumé, employment history, education, professional qualifications, references, and other information you provide when applying for a position.
• Customer Data, including transportation, logistics, shipment, rate, spend, workflow, integration, and other operational information submitted to the Steadi platform by or on behalf of a customer.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information through the Services unless it is necessary, authorized, and permitted under your agreement with Steadi.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites or use the Steadi platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:

• IP address;
• Browser type and settings;
• Device type and operating system;
• Approximate location derived from an IP address;
• Pages, features, and content viewed;
• Referring and exit pages;
• Dates and times of access;
• Clickstream and interaction information;

2. How We Use Personal Information

3. Customer Data and Connected Services

Steadi customers may submit business, transportation, logistics, and operational data to the platform or connect Steadi with third-party systems.

The customer is responsible for determining what information is submitted, ensuring that it has the necessary authority to provide that information, and configuring its account and integrations appropriately.

When Steadi processes personal information contained in Customer Data on behalf of a customer, we process that information according to the customer’s instructions, the applicable customer agreement, and any applicable data processing agreement.

If you are an employee, contractor, carrier, supplier, or other individual whose information has been submitted to Steadi by a customer, please direct requests concerning that information to the relevant customer. We will assist customers in responding to requests as required by applicable law and our agreements.

4. AI and Automated Features

Certain Steadi features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated methods to analyze Customer Data, identify patterns, generate operational insights, or recommend actions.

These features are intended to support business and operational decision-making. Customers and their authorized users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to act on them.

Our processing of Customer Data through these features is governed by the applicable customer agreement and any related data processing terms.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Keep our websites and Services functioning;
• Remember preferences and authentication status;
• Understand how visitors and users interact with our Services;
• Measure performance and diagnose errors;

If your account is provided by an employer or another organization, account administrators may be able to access and manage your account and certain related information.

We may disclose information when we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to:

7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Steadi does not sell personal information for money.

Steadi also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain appropriate business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may depend on:

• The nature and sensitivity of the information;
• The duration of our relationship with you or the applicable customer;
• Contractual requirements;
• Security and fraud-prevention needs;
• Applicable statutes of limitation; and
• Legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.

Customer Data is retained and deleted in accordance with the applicable customer agreement and Steadi’s backup and deletion procedures.

We may retain aggregated or deidentified information where it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.

9. Data Security

Steadi maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no system, transmission method, or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and promptly notifying us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10. International Data Transfers

Steadi is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Steadi or its service providers operate.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections approved by applicable regulatory authorities.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Request deletion of personal information;

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send transactional, security, support, and other service-related messages.

12. Additional Information for California Residents

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about certain disclosures of personal information.

During the preceding 12 months, Steadi may have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers;
• Customer-record information;
• Commercial and transaction information;
• Internet or other electronic network activity;
• Approximate geolocation information;
• Professional or employment-related information;
• Customer-provided content; and
• Inferences generated from the information described above.

We collect and use these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose them to service providers, customer-directed integrations, professional advisers, authorities, and business-transaction recipients as described above.

Steadi does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics about individuals.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Our websites and Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. Steadi does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties.
